It's not often that I write reviews for another agent, but when the quality of attention to detail surpasses my expectations, I feel compelled to do so. Maxwell was a pleasure to have on the other side of this transaction. This particular property was a gem, there should have been no problems selling it. Just one year ago, I would have had several agents banging down the door to have the opportunity to sell it. We went to escrow with another party, and then it fell out, this has not happened to me in the last 15 plus years, a deal fall out of escrow! Times have changed. Now here comes Maxwell, showing his clients a wonderful property, and even though the property needed a bit of updating he was able to produce an offer that was very compelling. A few mishaps with the lender, as they work on their own schedule, and Maxwell was able to stay focused, work diligently to clear up any complications. I've been in "the business" for over 20 years and have seen 100s of agents come and go. Maxwell will be / is a force that will withstand the test that these markets put us through. I was initially reluctant to sell my place in Los Gatos, thinking I missed the golden opportunity to sell at the top. My brother referred me to Reward Realty and Max showed me some comps in the nearby area, and expressed he was confident he could find a buyer at a price per square foot above the comps. I entertained the idea since I wasn’t financially obligated to his service. Three weeks later Max surprised me with not one but three motivated buyers! The bidding war pushed the price a good amount above comps and we closed less than 40 days later! I can’t recommend Max and Reward Realty enough. Stellar service!
